Copper Top Market has teamed up with local pitmaster, Anthony McDonald, to bring a very intimate brisket demo class to our area. This class will be very limited with only 25 spots and inside the beautiful Quarry Hill Orchards Market Barn.
 
PITMASTER ANTHONY MCDONALD: Anthony is the owner and pitmaster for AM Barbecue with 15 years of cooking experience. He has had the opportunity to work for Reveille Barbecue Co., one of Texas' top 25 new BBQ spots of 2018, along with one of Houston Texas' oldest BBQ joints, Dozier's BBQ, established in 1964. As Anthony would say, “I'm just a small town Ohio kid looking to bring Texas style BBQ to my home state."
